This Privacy Policy explains how Eagle IT Solutions handles information for WishFlare (also referred to as CandleWish) when you create, customize, and share birthday experiences.

2. Information We Process

WishFlare is designed to minimize data collection. We process only what is needed to run features:

• Name input you provide to generate birthday card content.
• Temporary microphone signal level used only for candle-blowing interaction.
• Encoded share-link parameters (for example, name/title/wish/theme) when you choose to share.

3. Microphone Access

The microphone is used only to detect blowing interactions for the candle animation. We do not store microphone recordings. Access is controlled by your device/browser permissions, and you can revoke permission at any time in system settings.

4. AI-Generated Content

The App uses Gemini API to generate custom birthday wishes. The provided name and prompt context are sent only for generation of requested content, and this generated content is not stored in our backend database. Because this content is generated by a third-party AI model, outputs may vary and can be unpredictable, and we may not be able to control every generated response.

5. Sharing and Links

Shared links include encoded card parameters directly in the URL (for example, name, title, wish, and theme preset). We do not store this shared card data in our own database for link retrieval. Anyone with the link can view that content, so avoid sensitive personal information.

6. Data Retention

We do not persist user card data in an application database as part of the normal sharing flow. Data is only used transiently in app/runtime memory to deliver the feature.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age required by local law to provide consent without a guardian. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and assist as appropriate.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to object to certain processing.
